"Floating Ribbons"

Bow and ribbons can be made in many different colors.  Whether  it is softly airbrushed with gold or died to match any cake a sugar bow is always a crowning touch.

These are painted and polished  with 24k edible gold. The gold powder from England is mixed with lemon extract and painted on dried gumpaste bows. Then more powdr is "polished" onto the surface.
